2. Services Provided

Hire Digital Expert LLC agrees to provide digital marketing services as agreed upon between Hire Digital Expert LLC and the client. This may include, but is not limited to, the management of paid advertising campaigns, development of landing pages, and website development.

3. Payment and Fees

Fees for our services will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal. Payment terms shall be as agreed upon in the contract. Late payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide Hire Digital Expert LLC with all necessary access to information, materials, and approvals required to perform the services. The client acknowledges that failure to do so may result in delays or the inability for Hire Digital Expert LLC to deliver the agreed services.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All work products developed by Hire Digital Expert LLC, including but not limited to advertisements, graphics, code, and content, will be the client's exclusive property upon full payment of all fees. Hire Digital Expert LLC reserves the right to use and display such work products in its portfolio and marketing materials.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all information related to the services and any provided data confidential unless disclosure is required by law or necessary for the performance of the services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Hire Digital Expert LLC does not guarantee specific outcomes from using its services. Services are provided "as is" and "as available".

8. Limitation of Liability

Hire Digital Expert LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages from its services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these terms and fails to correct the breach within a reasonable period.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed by the jurisdiction laws in which Hire Digital Expert LLC operates without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or the services provided shall be resolved through binding arbitration by the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
